We are an interdisciplinary studio for media-enhanced scenography, staging architectural spaces and their contents narratively with media.

Being one of Europe’s leading specialists for spatial media, for facade and architecture projections, we address ourselves to companies and institutions from the areas museum and exhibition, fair and showroom, expo and event, which seek to communicate content to their audience or clients in unusual ways.

Specialized for over 20 years in the conception, design, production and implementation of spatial media productions, we focus on the immersive, experienceable, haptic dimension of digital media in spaces and involve the visitors in emotional and audiovisual walk-in environments.

We are currently looking for an experienced Motion Designer to join our creative team in Berlin. 


Your Role

Our Motion Designers are designing and implementing the artistic vision of the Art Director/Creative Director. They are organized, solution-oriented and have effective cross-media design skills. 

If you are a creative individual, interested in large-scale projections, audiovisual installations, product staging, communication in space, media exhibits and façade installations, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Design development in collaboration with the senior art director/creative director and the Concept department based on moods and storyboards, style frames, animatics
  • Contributing to briefing and leading design teams
  • Supervising and collaborating on design and production
  • Working closely with Project Management on development, planning and production. Meeting project plans and deadlines
  • Participating in the coordination and briefing of external project partners (sound, hardware, construction, etc.)
  • Participating in presentation and approvals with the client
  • Preparing and updating ongoing projects and competitions on the internal TMS screen so that all employees have an insight into ongoing projects.

Requirements – Essential 

  • University degree in Media, Communication Design, Motion Design or related fields
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent sense for dynamics, rhythm and image design
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail, self-sufficient, solution-oriented
  • Great presentation and communication skills, excellent team player
  • Excellent knowledge in After Effects, Cinema 4D and Adobe CS
